Proof of illness: submit the positive test result of the PCR-RT molecular biology technique or antigen detection test, carried out between a maximum of 90 (ninety) days and up to 10 (ten) days prior to boarding or arrival in the country. It must be attached to the Health Affidavit and presented to the company in which you travel prior to the check in.
