Distance
Those who live too far away from the Consulate or for health reasons cannot appear before the Consulate will have to:
Send to the Consulate the following application signed before a public notary with a copy of their Uruguayan document (passport or cédula de identidad – Uruguayan ID card).
In the case of the retiree or pensioner being sick, request a proof issued by the doctor in-charge.
