To be able to obtain a certified judicial record, you will have to send an email to cdnuevayork@mrree.gub.uy with your personal information (full name, cédula de identidad – Uruguayan ID card, place of birth) and attaching all Uruguayan identification documents (both sides).

Subsequently, you will receive a confirmation to be able to pick up the document in person at the Consulate, presenting you identification document (Valid Cédula – Uruguayan ID / valid passport).

The procedure has no cost.
